Visual references are needed for most commissions, though I can work with conceptual objectives as well (i.e. general feeling of the piece, mood boards, poses, detailed descriptions, ect.). If your ideas are unclear or your subject references are difficult to understand & complicated, this may cause additional fees.

As the client, you must be at least 18 years or older to purchase art from me, even if SFW. You must be of the legal age to use payment services, and I may ask for a picture ID to confirm your age.

If you have no set guidelines or ideas for your commission, please let me know if you're willing to let me have full artistic freedom with your order. If you would like something similar to a commission I've done previously, please let me know beforehand.

When ordering from me please be aware you’re commissioning me for my style and you accept that there is some artist interpretation and flexibility. Please do not ask me to draw like someone else or copy another artist’s specific work. I may decline edits that make me uncomfortable or feel like it’s pushing my boundaries.

Please note that unless otherwise stated, all commissioned work is exclusively made via digital medium and will not be physically made & shipped to you.

I may showcase and display any of my artwork I have created for promotional purposes: art collections in books; portfolios that contain .psd downloads for teaching; High-res .pngs for prints. If I ever want to sell a copy of your completed commission in one of the following listed examples, I will always ask first and you may refuse. I would only resell a copy of the illustration; Not the rights to my work, your commission or characters in the image.

All finished work will be uploaded to MEGA with a private folder titled your name, where it will be available to download. If you'd rather me send it via Telegram or email, let me know. Please know that all folders will be emptied and deleted at the end of the year so please make a hard copy onto your personal files.

I reserve the right to deny, refund or ignore anyone I don’t feel comfortable doing business with. I may reject your commission idea if I don’t feel like I could complete it to the best of my ability.

My commissioned work is for private or personal use only. I do not allow my art to be used for commercial purposes or profit unless specifically requested and both parties have come to an agreement for compensation.

I may choose which finished pieces to upload publicly and to social media. Please do not take this personally if I do not share your piece, especially if the subject involves specific kinks.

Harassment, bullying, stalking, and sexual harassment will not be taken lightly. We have a purely professional relationship, and by commissioning me this does not mean it entitles you to my time. I enjoy an up-beat semi-professional approach to my business and would like to keep it that way!

You may not trade services, barter or pay another artist to edit my work.

REPOSTING

Once purchased, you're welcome to showcase your piece in your own gallery, edit it to fit icons/banners/decorate your profile, and even trade/gift/resell the piece along with the character it depicts.

You may upload and share my work to such sites as Furaffinity, Deviantart, Toyhou.se, e621, ect. - So long as you credit me for the original artwork.

All payments will be made in USD through payment services ( PP or Cashapp ) using the invoice method, though a PP account is not required to purchase. I require full payment before any progress is done on your piece. I will not add you to my queue unless you’re within the payment grace period or we’ve worked out a payment plan.

In regards to the completion of an auction, the winner's invoice must be paid within 24 hours of sending. If not, I will default to the next highest bidder or put the piece back up for sale.

I hold the right to cancel or delay completion of order if I have not received full payment.

When ordering a commission, I will only be in contact with the person(s) who have handled the payment throughout the process. If you need opinions or information from someone else required to complete the piece, please relay the information to me directly.

Payment plans are available for orders over $200.00 in total. I will send out an invoice and enable partial payment and either require multiple installments or half now/half later payments. This will be discussed beforehand.

Failure to complete payment plans on time while I have made progress, you void the agreement and are denied a refund for the time I’ve put in.

I don’t do “holds” or delayed payments with any work ( unless it's a payment plan). I expect an invoice to be sent shortly after ordering, and I will not ask you to give details about your order. If you cannot make payment, please wait until you have the funds and approach me again!

In case of a refund, please allow 1 - 3 weeks max to process this in full; specially larger orders. You will be messaged directly as soon as the funds become available and I can complete this request.

Once I receive full payment, you may not back out of the commission. Failure to meet your own financial obligations is not my concern or justification for a refund. Only under special circumstances will I issue refunds but will discuss this first.

If work has already begun on the commission and I give a refund, you will be entitled to a partial refund based on the amount of work done. Once the commission is finished, no refunds will be offered, no exceptions.

Turn-around times for all commissions are typically within 3 - 5 weeks of ordering. The max amount of time you may get your commission is 12 weeks; This is reserved typically for emergencies only, meaning I've gotten behind because something came up/I've gotten sick/ personal emergency. I will let you know if your commission will take slightly longer than normal.

I will inform all clients of any absences or personal circumstances that will keep me away from work and might delay their commission

If you would like your order finished by a certain date, please tell me beforehand so I may accommodate this. If your requested date is under average completion date, I will charge an additional fee.

If I haven't finished your order by your requested due date, you are eligible to a refund.

If you wish your commission to remain private (i.e. not posted publicly to galleries, social media, my website, ect.) Please disclose this within your initial commission request.

Private commission will always include a fee of 25% of the total commission price, this is non-refundable even if you make it public afterwards.

If you cannot afford to make your commission private but still would not like your name connected to it, I can submit your commission as unlisted in my galleries. It will still show up but will not link to your username and will simply be credited to "anonymous".

Clients are allowed 3 edit phases for every piece; The initial sketch phase, after the lines & flats have been done, and right before the finishing touches to your piece. Please make sure you list all the changes that need to be made in these phases, anything after that may incur a $5.00 + fee per revision.

Please know that additional changes such as re-sketching and waiting for correspondence may delay your delivery time. If you do not get back to me within time and it passes your deadline, it does not entitle you to a refund.

Once given approval, progress will resume on the piece. Should the client request correction or undoing on a part that is already approved, I will charge an additional fee or may deny your request.

If the client has denied to pay the correction fee, the commission will resume as per original instruction without the requested changes.

Know that if given a written description or if you have requested no WIPs to be sent to you, edits will be harder to do. By doing this, you trust my judgement and grant me some artistic liberty.

Any details left out with your original order and mentioned thereafter will not be included without additional fees and is on you. If I have forgotten a key detail myself, I will make revisions for free.

After the work is completed, please ask within 7 days if you would like changes or if something is wrong. After that I might no longer have the .psd on hand and cannot edit my work; it is your responsibility to review the piece.

If you require multiple versions of your piece (i.e. SFW, NSFW, ect.), please disclose this with your initial request.

I can make changes to the original commission order or details of your order on request. Please be aware I will only do this once for free, additional changes after this will request in a fee. Depending on how far along I am with the commission, this may be impossible.

Once purchased, you own full rights to any adoptable or character bought from me; Though I keep credit to the original artwork. Redesigning is a-okay!

All adoptable payments will be made via the invoice method through PP only. Payment is expected within 24 hours of the invoice's creation. If the invoice is not paid within this period it will go back up for sale.

After a purchase, you will be provided will a full resolution file of the adoptable as well as any art included with said adoptable.

You may resell, trade or gift any character bought from me for the original price you purchased them for and no more. If you have invested money, time and art into them, you may sell for whatever you think they're worth. This is purely to prevent scalping and people up-pricing my artwork immediately after purchasing.

Re-designing characters is allowed - please leave me original credit to the design on future reference.

Charge-backs or failure to finish payment for a character will result with me taking back ownership of the design. They may be resold later to someone else.

Though not required, I appreciate link-backs to me when publicly posting the character (ex; toyhou.se) to any gallery.
